Full Setup
- Unlock & open the cabinets.
- Setup the Projection laptop.
- Lift the monitor up and position it next to the laptop.
- Power on the monitor using the rightmost button on the bottom.
- Position the keyboard in front of the laptop if it isn't already (make sure it's plugged into the USB on the right; if a thumb drive is in there, remove it and place it in front of the monitor).
- Open the laptop and log in to Windows.
- Start ProPresenter.
- Turn on the Sound board. The switch is on the rear right.
- Set up the Lighting board.
- Set up Video Switcher.
- Turn on the power strip behind the monitor.
- Lift the monitor up and stand it up behind the switcher and joystick console, carefully positioning the leg on the left under the cords coming out of the Roland switcher.
- Go to the back cupboard.
- Open the cupboard.
- On the black panel on the right, press 2, 5, and 9 (Video On, Sound On, and HDMI Wall).
- Flip up the "Cameras" switch to the right of the black panel.
- On the white panel on the left, press the "All On" and "Worship" buttons.
- Get the black LG remote control sitting in the top right corner, point it at the stage monitor TV on the back wall, use the power button at the top to turn it on, then return it to its place.
- On the Sound Board, press the green User button on the left.
- Turn on the stage lights.
- Get the wireless microphones.
- Go through the opposite gap in the curtains on stage-right and turn right.
- If you want light, flip the light switch to the left of the door in the back left corner.
- Find the wooden cupboard on the wall to the left near the big rack full of audio and lighting hardware.
- Open the left door of the cupboard and pull out the plastic container with wireless microphones from the middle shelf.
- Get mics #5, 6, 7, & 8, depending on how many vocalists there will be.
- Install the microphones on the stands, starting with the keyboard and working towards towards stage-left, then back stage-right towards back stage-left.
Tear Down
- At the end of the service (after the postlude) End the live-stream. Be sure to disable the Monarch either through the Web Interface or by pressing the blue "Stream" and/or red "Record" buttons on the silver Matrox Monarch box until both lights are steady and not flashing.
- You can continue the PreWorship slides for a short time while everything else is being shut down.
- Use the remote control to turn off the rear monitor.
- On the soundboard, mute all. Then press the "Home" button (under the screen) which brings up a "soundboard" soft power shutdown on the screen. Press that button on the screen and let the soundboard shut itself down. Once the shutdown has completed, flip the switch on the rear right corner to turn the board off.
- On the lightboard, click the triangle in the lower right. Double-click "exit", then "OK". Then shutdown the MAC (Apple Box) by clicking the Apple icon in the upper left and clicking "Shutdown". Then click "Shutdown" again.
- For the video cameras, in the cabinet switch the cameras off. Then turn the console off using the power strip behind the console.
- In the cabinet, turn the Video "Off" and turn the Sound "Off".
- Once the Sound is "Off" you can shutdown Pro Presenter. Do not shut down the laptop. Simply close the lid.
- Once everything is shut down, close the roll-top cabinets and lock them.
- On the stage, gather up the 8 music binders and take them to the choir room and place them on top of the Contemporary Music file cabinet.
- Gather all the microphones and put Mics #5-8 back in their bags in the plastic contain and return to the cabinet. Mics #4 & 9 get returned to the cabinet behind the Tech Center in their protective bags. They will be used by BGC.
- The 3 switches at stage-left stay on. The BGC team will turn them off.
