  9. On the laptop open ProPresenter.
  10. Get the 2 wireless microphones out of the top of the cabinet and take them up to the stage. Mic #4 goes to the drummer (when Greg is playing) and Mic #9 goes to the pulpit stand with the goose-neck.
  11. On stage-left behind the curtain are 3 light switches. All 3 should be turned on (flipped up).
  12. In the cabinet on the other side of the stage is a plastic container that has the rest of the wireless microphones. Starting at the keyboard across the front should be mics #5, 6, 7, & 8. Check the Order of Service sheet to see how many of these mics should be in place.
  13. Make sure there's a music stand for each member of the praise team. The plastic pulpit should be placed in front in the middle of the middle isle. The mic stand with the goose-neck should be placed directly in front of the pulpit.

Tear Down

  1. At the end of the service (after the postlude) End the live-stream. Be sure to disable the Monarch either through the Web Interface or by pressing the blue "Stream" and/or red "Record" buttons on the silver Matrox Monarch box until both lights are steady and not flashing.
  2. You can continue the PreWorship slides for a short time while everything else is being shut down.

  5. On the stage, gather up the 8 music binders and take them to the choir room and place them on top of the Contemporary Music file cabinet.
  6. Gather all the microphones and put Mics #5-8 back in their bags in the plastic contain and return to the cabinet. Mics #4 & 9 get returned to the cabinet behind the Tech Center in their protective bags. They will be used by BGC.
  7. The 3 switches at stage-left stay on. The BGC team will turn them off.
